Information on this website
Pages about tests, preparation and reports are general information. They are not medical advice and do not replace a consultation with your doctor. Only your doctor can interpret your results in the context of your health, and you should follow your doctor's advice on testing, fasting and medicines.
We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but reference ranges, report times and test details can change. The details on your printed report, and what our staff tell you at booking, take priority over this website.
Bookings
A booking made by phone, WhatsApp or the online form is a request until we confirm it. Home collection depends on your area and our staff availability. If you can't keep an appointment, please tell us as early as you can.
Prices and payment
Prices are given when you book or at the lab, and are payable at the time of the test unless agreed otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
Samples and reports
You must give correct details (name, age, sex, phone) and follow the preparation instructions. Results can be affected by incorrect preparation, medicines or late delivery of a sample, and we may ask for a repeat sample. Report times are estimates. Some specialised tests are processed at a partner reference laboratory, and their timelines are outside our direct control.
Reports are released only to the patient or a person the patient has authorised.
Limits of our responsibility
We carry out tests with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made from a report without a doctor's advice, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Don't misuse the site, try to access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use. Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp, are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over Banur, SAS Nagar (Mohali) district, Punjab.
